I enjoy helping overachievers and perfectionists live a more balanced life. If you struggle with high functioning anxiety to the point of stress, burnout, and/or depression, I can help you learn to love and accept yourself as you are, be okay with making mistakes, and resist doing all the things for everyone! I am also passionate about helping adults manage tough life transitions, overcome self-criticism, learn when and how to say ‘no’ (set boundaries) so that you can start saying ‘yes’ to yourself, and work through childhood traumas. I am now offering EMDR therapy for those working through trauma as well. View 13 Photos Therapy with me is not a one size fits all approach. We'll work to determine what's underlying your current struggles and identify goals within a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment. Overall, you may regain a sense of stability by exploring your identity and increasing your self-esteem, ability to cope, and level of trust in yourself and others.
