Life can be hard and unpredictable. People can feel confused, lost, hopeless, or stuck….and they don’t know what to do. Sometimes people need guidance on how to navigate in life what to do with what they thinking and feeling without any judgement. Together, we can work on letting out what may feel bottled up inside, learn how to be more confident, and how to move forward. I have a passion for helping others, and with my insight, eclectic and creative approach, I am able to help people to make profound, positive life changes. The purpose of my practice is to provide a trustworthy, non-judgmental space for exploration, and reflection.
