With over 10 years of experience, I have had the privilege of working with veterans, law enforcement officers, first responders, military spouses, & older adults. My practice focuses on supporting individuals through trauma, grief, adjustment disorders, & major life transitions. I believe therapy should be tailored to you—not the other way around.
