As the owner of SuppOrtinG Your Strengths Therapeutic Services, LLC, my mission is to provide the necessary support to help you through your struggles in life. Oftentimes, we're going through things and are told that we are strong enough to get through them, but sometimes, we get overwhelmed by maintaining that strength alone. Through our work together, I will help provide you with the tools and support to overcome life's struggles. I have worked as a clinician for about 3 years now and specialize in depression, anxiety, stress, and anger with both adolescents and adults.
