Hello, I'm Dr. Jessica Ochei-Gilliam, DSW, LCSW, the owner of Supporting Your Strengths Therapeutic Services, LLC. My mission is to provide the necessary support to help you through your struggles in life. Often, we are told that we are strong enough to get through challenges, but sometimes, maintaining that strength alone can be overwhelming. Through our work together, I will help provide you with the tools and support to overcome life's struggles. I have seven plus years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and my therapeutic style centers on supporting your strengths to combat and overcome your struggles. In our first session together, we'll start by getting to know each other. Then we'll dive into the specific challenges you're facing and goals that you would like to accomplish. This will help me create a treatment plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
