Welcome! I'm a play-based, mixed-model therapist providing heartfelt, authentic care for children, adolescents, and young adults. I believe healing happens through connection, safety, trust—and a little playfulness, too! For kids ages 2–18, whether your child is navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, behavioral challenges, or life and school transitions, I create a safe, flexible space for growth, healing, and self-expression. I help children build social skills, manage emotions, bounce back from tough experiences, and gain confidence—all through a trauma-informed, strengths-based lens.
