As your therapist, I take the time to get to know you and create a treatment plan that matches your goals and needs. I have worked with people from ages 4 to 75. As a combat veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom, I am committed to supporting veterans, law enforcement, and older adults. I enjoy helping people care for themselves and build resilience for life’s challenges. My goal is to support you as you work toward your potential and a happier, more fulfilling life. I have helped people through many challenges in different settings. I have provided crisis support for children and adults, worked with first responders and veterans, and supported those who have experienced vicarious trauma. I also have experience in court settings and at the VA. My approach is flexible and includes ACT, CBT, DBT, EMDR, and SFT.
