I believe that our unique relationships and life experiences have a powerful impact on who we are and how we experience the world. My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental and involves working as a team with my clients to overcome challenges and improve their quality of life. I work with clients experiencing a variety of issues including anxiety, trauma, relational distress, grief, depression, ADHD, and adjustment to life changes. I am trained to use a blend of approaches including EMDR therapy, a highly effective treatment to help process distressing events and move toward lasting relief. I specialize in helping clients navigate trauma, relationships, and family of origin concerns and enjoy incorporating Christian spirituality into the healing process for those who desire it.
