Hello! Do you find yourself struggling with depression, anxiety or low self-esteem? Do you identify as neurodivergent or suspect you might be (ADHD or Autism)? I work with my clients to help them gain a deeper understanding of themselves, manage their symptoms, practice self-compassion, challenge negative thoughts, improve relationships, and increase self-confidence. It's my honor to work with my clients and see them improve and feel better! Additional areas I work with clients on include people pleasing, recovery from burnout, challenges at school or work, and building relationship skills and community. I provide a therapeutic environment where my clients can freely express themselves without judgement, learn skills, and we can work together to overcome obstacles and improve their lives. In addition to therapy services, I offer psychological testing to assess for ADHD, learning disabilities, and assist with diagnostic clarity for clients and providers.
