I am passionate about supporting individuals while they work through depression, anxiety and other life stressors. I am trained and knowledgeable in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, addictions including binge eating disorder, depression, and anxiety while also navigating life transitions and/or relationship challenges. It is my goal to assist each client in developing insight into how their personal experiences contribute to the current challenges they are experiencing. It is my pleasure to guide each client through the therapeutic process to achieve their individual goals and improve their quality of life.
