Hi, My name is Jessica Pelletier and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) located north of Boston, MA, working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adolescents and adults of all ages and focus my practice on individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment disorder, and relational difficulties. My approach to therapy is guided by the unique needs of each client. Given the focus areas of my practice, I most frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Problem-Solving Therapy, and Systemic Therapy.
