I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, practicing for 9 years in mental health and medical settings. I'm here to listen, offer you perspective, and help you gain insight if you allow me. My goal is to make a human connection, help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, and be a support to you as you navigate the various stressors that come with life. I'm a queer Latina, bilingual, second-generation, and a working professional. I've worked with children, adolescents, and older adults, and currently work in a forensic psychiatric setting outside of providing therapy. Having worked in both mental health and medical settings, with all age groups, I find one of my greatest strengths is my ability to adapt treatment to what you need. I can be a listening ear when you want to be heard, I can provide you with educational material when you feel you need to learn more about your own mental health, and help you find solutions.
