Congratulations on taking the first step toward emotional healing and reclaiming your inner power. There is a misconception that something is wrong with us if we need therapy. But the truth is that humans need other humans; we thrive in community and support. Therapy is a place to find support, to go inward and connect with yourself. My framework of practice is eclectic and holistic, using EMDR, trauma-focused and culturally sensitive interventions, mindfulness and a systems approach—together we can find a more hopeful future & start living more fully in the present moment as you regain agency in your life. My approach is collaborative; I offer a brave space for you to show up as you are and engage in a reflective process that will lead you back to love, back to yourself. I specialize working with the LGBTQIA community and BIPOC with relationship issues, identity issues, anxiety, loss/grief, depression and trauma.
