About
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Registered Art Therapist at California Coastal Mental Health. I have over 15 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy and Art Therapy, and earned my undergraduate degree from UC San Diego, where I majored in Theatre and minored in Visual Art: Painting and Drawing. I grew up deeply immersed in the fine arts and went to drama school in London. My creative background inspires me to integrative use of art and play therapy, helping clients explore imaginative solutions I specialize in working with children, teens, and young adults navigating anxiety, OCD, autism, ADHD, and identity development. My collaborative, neurodiversity-affirming approach emphasizes each individual’s strengths and capacities. I also enjoy working with those in the entertainment industry as well.
