Life is difficult at times. There are times when you might feel overwhelmed by your emotions or circumstances, feeling hopeless and alone. You might not feel heard by those closest to you or you might not want to share how you are feeling for different reasons. I want to assure you that you are not alone and there is always hope. Having someone walk with you through those emotions or circumstances guiding and supporting can be a game changer. Experiencing depression, anxiety and grief are all normal human experiences. I believe that together we can get you through this difficult time. I work with men and woman struggling with depression, anxiety, as well as chronic medical conditions. I have also worked with those in hospice care. When life shows up in the most unfair or tragic situation it affects you and your family. I offer a safe and judgement free environment to share your story.
