Over the years, I have experience working with folks managing a variety of diagnoses, including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, PTSD, mood disorders, and personality disorders. It’s also just okay to want to talk to someone if you’re experiencing loneliness, heartache, numbness, pain, looking to make a change, share success stories or challenges. Therapy can be anything you need it to be and it’s important you have a safe space to share.
