I offer individual and family counseling sessions, allowing clients the space and time to process through the difficult situations life brings using equine-assisted psychotherapy. Connection with the horses allows for building regulation and relationship skills that may have been impacted by trauma, depression, and anxiety. I use equine-assisted psychotherapy as a ground-based, experiential method of counseling that allows you to gain the tools and empowerment necessary to find your own answers.
