I am someone who listens to you closely, helps you feel safe being vulnerable, appreciates eccentricity, and is curious about your life. I can hold your strong feelings, contradictions, and complexities, and help you make some sense of it all. I believe there is great relief in being truly understood and accepted, and change comes more easily after I have reflected and honored your experience. I will ask you questions that gently open new ways of imagining your life that you hadn't wondered about before. I will guide you in reaching a place of deeper awareness and strength. I have broad experience working indoors and outdoors, with disabilities, trauma, anxiety, grief, and loss. I specialize in birth, parenting (esp. children with special needs), and marital issues. I have traveled widely, worked extensively in the queer community, as well as with immigrants/ESL speakers.
