Jess Quick, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker who brings warmth and energy along with a cognitive, humanistic approach to her work. Using a blend of CBT, person-first therapy and humanistic theory, complemented by mindfulness techniques and specialized grief counseling, Jess has worked in a wide variety of treatment settings for over eighteen years to help individuals and couples set, reach, and maintain goals. In addition to her clinical work, Jess has been an Adjunct Professor at Metro State University for the past twelve years focusing on grief and trauma work and education.
