I provide a space to inquire about our relationships and our relationship to the world. And offer a compassionate space to explore how relationships in the past have shaped relationships, perspectives and experiences. This will allow curiosity around issues of anxiety, depression and challenges you may be having in community, family and work spaces. I also bring to the work an embodied understanding of how systemic and cultural oppression; race, gender, class, sexuality and neuro-difference etc. inform our experience and impact our mental health. This perspective is held comfortably in sessions as we explore your journey.
