I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, emotional regulation, identity development, and relational struggles. I meet clients where they are and walk with them at their pace, offering both insight and navigation when needed. I believe therapy should feel like a soft place to land, but also a space where real growth happens. As a therapist, I approach each session with curiosity, compassion, and a steady presence. I want my clients to feel genuinely seen, especially in the moments when they feel stuck, unsure, or disconnected from themselves.
