I believe therapy should be the last thing in your life that causes stress. I schedule sessions directly with clients rather than through the platforms I use. This eliminates extra steps as well as personalize an appointment time as quickly as possible. I am always accepting new clients. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker providing individual therapy to adults with Anxiety, ADHD, and disordered eating. With knowledge of the complex interplay between ADHD and other disorders, treatment emphasis includes the exploration of the challenges with anxiety, time, body image, the business of life, and self-acceptance.
