Too often we are ruled by our own harsh judgement, unconscious beliefs, and deep fear to be able to truly connect or to actually heal. The ghosts of our past relationships, trauma, and unresolved pain haunt us and distort everything we believe to be true about who we are and what we deserve. My job is to support you to reconnect and attune to your needs, encourage you to speak from a place of sincerity, authentically connect, and empower you to repair your sense of trust in yourself and in your inherent value. We achieve healing together through relearning how to trust, how to communicate, and how to express and show love.
