I primarily work with people who are navigating anxiety disorders, depression/mood related disorders, PTSD/trauma, identity, body image issues, adult neurodiversity and the intersections of all those things. I have a history working in a Partial Hospitalization Programs and Intensive Outpatient Programs (PHP/IOP) based in DBT work, community mental health, and rape crisis advocacy. I meet you where you are—whether that’s laughing through the pain or exploring the parts of yourself that are hard to sit with.
