Do you struggle having a healthy relationship with yourself and/or others due to childhood trauma or past relationship hurt? Do you want to learn how to love, accept, and feel secure in yourself and your ability to engage in healthy relationships, no matter your past experiences or family tree? I love helping individuals learn to love/accept themselves, grow strong in their own identity, and learn how to have healthy relationships with romantic partners, parents/family members, coworkers, etc. We all engage in relationships, but we don't always know how to have healthy ones. Sometimes we need a little help to learn how.
