It takes such courage to begin therapy, congratulations on taking the first step! I believe therapy can benefit us all, and I love seeing the positive changes in my client's lives and families as they process trauma, learn new skills and come to understand things in new, healthier ways. I see clients of all ages, but I most enjoy working with teens and tweens, the quirkier and messier the better. Together we can build an alliance that allows them to feel safe and heard, and develop skills that will have life long benefit.
