My approach is culturally grounded and compassionate, centering connection, healing, and growth toward a life that feels authentic, balanced, and whole. I work with children, teens, and adults navigating identity, trauma, and life’s challenges. Using DBT, CBT, play therapy, and trauma-informed care, I focus on healing, building skills, and creating balance. My work is culturally responsive and grounded in relationships that support growth and lasting change.
