Congratulations on taking this step in your healing journey! Asking for help can be one of the most difficult things to do, so I am truly happy that you have found your way here. I provide a safe and nonjudgmental space for adult women and female-identifying clients (18+) to express their emotions and work through the unique struggles and experiences they face through mental health, trauma, and various life transitions. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the fundamental basis for all of the work in therapy, and I value working collaboratively and accompanying my clients through their healing.
