I believe therapeutic change and progress evolve through the combination of a non-judgmental, insight oriented approach and the development of a therapeutic relationship. With self understanding we gain insight into repetitive cycles that often contribute to sadness, anxiety, and relationship conflicts. In my work with clients I place emphasis on the strength of the intuitive, centered self. Throughout my training and postdoctoral work, I have had the privilege to gain experience in a variety of settings ranging from private practice, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, a residential treatment center, and outpatient clinics.
