Sometimes life, family, relationships, school, and work can all be challenging and leave us feeling that we have lost our footing. This can be overwhelming for many. I believe in supporting and empowering my clients so they can develop resiliency and see that their goals are attainable in therapy. By developing a strong therapeutic relationship, I am able to use a combination of encouragement and direction to help my clients make purposeful change.
