About
You should know that I understand grief can feel isolating, confusing, and unpredictable. Many of my clients come to me feeling: • “I don’t recognize myself anymore.” • “Everyone else seems to have moved on, but I’m stuck.” • “I feel guilty for the moments I don’t feel sad.” • “I’m overwhelmed by everyday life.” • “I’m drowning in what-ifs, regrets, or things left unsaid.” I meet you in that place with compassion and zero judgment. I don’t rush your process or ask you to “be strong.” I hold space for your anger, your silence, your tears, your numbness—and everything in between. I show up as a real human. No clichés.
