My name is Jessica Saucedo, LCSW. I aim to reach my patients by meeting my patients where they are at. I utilize a person-centered approach. It is important for the person I am working with to feel heard. I utilize this method to help someone build self-confidence, and a stronger sense of identity or authenticity. This approach means that I work at utilizing unconditional positive regard, empathetic understanding, and congruence. I have worked with many individuals of all ages and backgrounds. I have had the most experience with individuals struggling with Anxiety, Depression, and borderline personality disorders.
