I believe people have an innate resilience to rise above life’s challenges, though sometimes we all need a little help to get there. I work with adults and teens who feel stuck, are navigating life transitions, or are part of military families managing the unique stresses that lifestyle can bring. My approach is warm, relational, and direct, with humor when it fits. Together, we’ll have real conversations, face challenges honestly, and build on the strengths you already have.
