My clients are individuals 19 years of age and older, couples, with issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, disappointment, family or relationship difficulties, belonging concerns, life transitions, grief, and more. I have experience with post-partum issues, adoptee concerns, and motherhood + identity issues. I have worked with a variety of backgrounds, and I’m looking forward to hearing your unique story! I believe people are capable of facing life's most difficult challenges with greater resilience and self-compassion. I am an existentialist, strengths-based counselor who believes in the power of the here and now and empathically challenging clients. While I’m familiar with a number of counseling modalities, I believe that results come down to three things: counseling relationship, awareness of challenges, and honest engagement in strategies to overcome challenges.
