As a Marriage & Family Therapist, I work with individuals, couples, families & children affected by a wide variety of concerns. These include depression, anxiety, chronic stress, relationship issues, communication struggles, grief/loss, & trauma. Additional areas of need specific to children include: Parent-child relationship/attachment concerns, behavioral issues, developmental delays & adjustment to life changes (e.g. divorce, relocation). When working with children, I utilize a play based approach to provide a safe environment where they can process their feelings & experiences in a developmentally appropriate way. I utilize an empowering approach to overall health and wellness, collaborating with my clients in discovering helpful ways to manage life stressors. With an empathic presence, I focus on creating a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship that will help you navigate difficulty and begin healing.
