I enjoy working with the ones no one had to worry about. Many of my clients grew up in chaotic or emotionally unavailable homes and learned early on to take care of everyone else. On the outside, they’re capable and dependable, but inside they often feel anxious, disconnected, or alone. They struggle to ask for help, to rest, or to let their guard down because being vulnerable hasn’t always felt safe. In our work together, you don’t have to hold it all together. We slow things down, reconnect with your body’s wisdom, and create space for the parts of you that have had to stay protected for so long.
