Therapy can be a powerful space for many reasons, but at its core, it’s about navigating the difficulties of being human with compassion, curiosity, and support. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to help you explore your inner world, reconnect with your strengths, and clarify what matters most. My approach is person-centered, informed by Internal Family Systems, and I am certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).
