Welcome! I’m glad that you are here that you have found me. I am here to assist you in your therapy journey. Life can be tough and challenging at times, or feel overwhelming. Sometimes we need someone to help guide us in the right direction. I am here with a compassionate ear, an open heart and skills to help you on your way. I oriented towards helping you feel at ease and comfortable in your own skin, expressing yourself, working to communicate better. I also will help you become more present and mindful as you navigate life, improve your relationships and connect with your true and authentic self. I will help you talk through and make sense of struggles or difficult situations. I will help you understand patterns of behavior learned in childhood. I will help you navigate relationships and communication. I will give you tools to deal with depression and anxiety. And I will be a sounding board and a resource for understanding yourself and your life.
