My goal is to help you reach your goals, find ways to express emotions, manage thoughts and feel supported every step of the way. I care about my patients’ well-being and enjoy the work that I do. I have experience with a range of ages between 16-80+ and worked with a variety of diagnosis from depression/anxiety to major mental illness and substance abuse. My approach is direct and client centered. I have worked in a variety of settings giving me exposure to various treatment modalities and allowed me to work with a variety of populations. I utilize CBT/DBT techniques within a supportive psychotherapy approach. I speak Portuguese and Spanish. I strive to create a safe, non- judgmental, encouraging and supportive environment.
