My approach to counseling helps clients identify and process their emotions at a deeper level, while collaborating on concrete, unique behavior changes to improve your life. In couples counseling, clients have described me as a "translator" helping each partner communicate their thoughts and feelings in a way that their partner can truly understand- while helping them build fluency in their own language.
