Hi, I’m Jessica! I work with children and adolescents ages 3–18, specializing in neurodivergence (autism and ADHD), anxiety, emotional regulation, and behavioral concerns. I use play and art-based approaches to help kids express themselves in ways that feel natural and engaging. I take a strengths-based, child-centered approach and value collaboration with caregivers. I also believe humor matters — sometimes a laugh helps make hard moments lighter. Outside of therapy, I love spending time with my two dogs, reading, playing games, and wearing all of the seasonal socks. I can't wait to meet you!
