Life throws a lot at you and it can be overwhelming. Rest and self care can feel unobtainable when you are used to being "the strong friend/family member". You are showing up for yourself today just by being here. My goal is to journey with you as learn the skills to break the patterns that keep you stuck. You don’t have to face your stressors alone. I am passionate about helping you navigate your work stress, anxiety, relationship conflicts, trauma, and grief. I aim to provide a safe space where you can come and express the fullness of who you are, learn skills, and embrace your healing journey in wholistic ways.
