I have experience working with a range of issues, including mood, relationships, substance use, and trauma with a particular affinity for supporting my clients in navigating life changes, enhancing self-esteem, and supporting mental health throughout pregnancy and parenting. I strive to be an ally for our LGBTQ+ community and carry a social justice ethos.
