I'm Jessica and I'm thrilled to welcome you to a safe, calming space where growth and individualized care take center stage. I work with children, teens, and adults, and am passionate about using both effective and creative therapy techniques to empower individuals and families on their unique journeys (yes, this sometimes even includes art, music, and body movement while in my therapy room!).
