My experience is in working with individuals and couples who struggle with issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, loss, emotional regulation, and martial/relationship distress. Increasing one's awareness of their present experience and motivations I believe is essential for change. I set out to create a non-judgmental environment that will promote growth and movement towards interacting intentionally in relationships. Emotional safety and security will be created in the therapy room and with all members to enhance effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.
