Hi! My name is Jessica Surges and I am a licensed clinical social worker. I tend to use patient and solution-focused CBT modalities to help my clients overcome obstacles and manage everyday life stress. I have found that all people, despite our differences, experience some form of stress or anxiety at some point in life. It could stem from grief and loss, trauma, pivotal life changes, questioning decisions, or just feeling overwhelmed, depressed, and burnt out. I am confident in my ability to unpack and address these issues to help my clients lead happy and fulfilled lives.
