I work with children, teens, and adults who feel overwhelmed by life’s challenges—whether that be persistent anxiety, feelings of depression, or unresolved trauma that still impacts their daily life. These clients are often searching for relief, clarity, and a path forward but may feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure of how to make lasting change. Whether you have been struggling with difficult experiences for years or have experienced a recent life event that has shaken your sense of stability, I would love to work with you on discovering ways to cope, gain control, and find happiness and healing in the midst of your storm. My approach is trauma-informed, and I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a proven therapy method that helps individuals process traumatic memories and reduce the emotional charge they carry. I often integrate EMDR with other therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness/somatic practices.
