Accepting new clients Life's level of crazy just keeps climbing. Even breathing seems difficult right now. Anxiety, worry, stress, fear. So many unknowns and so much uncertainty. Will you homeschool your children or do hybrid learning? Will you work from home, hire a sitter, or will you have to resign? Covid is taking a toll on your marriage, the house is getting smaller every day. Everyone seems to be adapting to this "new normal", except you. I'm here to remind you that fear is contagious, but so is HOPE. You don't have to do this alone. I am available via in person, video conferencing or phone. Together, we will work to identify your goals, reduce your anxiety, replace fears with empowerment, and help you regain a sense of peace. I will provide tools to assist you with navigating the world we currently live in.
