As a therapist working with adults, teens, and parents, I am relaxed, practical, and hands-on. My approach is direct and effective, focused on increasing the "tool box" of skills you, your family, or your child can use in difficult situations. Working together, we will set goals based on your immediate concerns, problem-solve solutions, try out new ways to think about and handle your problems, and we will make changes that are lasting.
