I am a mental health therapist with a variety of experience, specializing in holistic and integrative care. I believe that healing happens most deeply when we address the whole self: mind, body, and spirit. Many of us struggle with knowing something logically, but can't feel or believe it on a deeper level. I help clients bridge that gap and connect with themselves. If you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or feeling disconnected, I offer a warm, supportive space for healing. At Awakened Roots Wellness, I offer an eclectic and personalized approach, drawing on modalities such as Brainspotting and Internal Family Systems (IFS) within a somatic framework. I support clients in healing inner wounds, reconnecting with themselves, and cultivating lasting transformation.
